You are also considered homeless if you cannot pay for your housing without depriving yourself of basic essentials; this is In addition to people sleeping rough on the streets.

Tenancy guarantees

We issue financial guarantees to approved landlords enabling prospective tenants in housing need and who are unable to find a deposit, to gain access to decent affordable housing.

Survival-Pack1

Survival packs

We provide food and clothing to rough sleepers and encourage them to seek shelter via established housing routes. Our #ThinkCold…ThinkHomeless campaign raises awareness of the facilities available to them which are provided by other charities.

Volunteers

We provide volunteers to assist with the conversion of long-term empty properties into affordable housing. We promote apprenticeships for long-term unemployed to gain skills and recognised qualifications in the building trade.
